1. La Pedrera, Spain
1. The architects of this building were Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol
2. This building was built between 1906 and 1912
3. Located in Barcelona, Spain
4. This is a public building, and you can purchase tickets in order to tour this building.

6. The idea of this building was to create a building on the boundary of Barcelona and Garcia, as a family home, but also with apartments to rent out. This became a huge residential area.
7. I chose this building because I went and saw the building when I visited Spain last summer. I thought it was very unique and amazing to see in person, so I thought it would be interesting to find out more information about it and just how it was made. It is a very different style of architecture which is why it is so appealing to me. I like all of the unique designs and how to structure isn't just a simple shape.
2. Turning Torso, Sweden
1. The architect of this building was Santiago Calatrava
2. The building was built on February 14, 2001
3. Located in Malmo, Sweden
4. The Turning Torso is a public building
5. The building costed about $220 million US dollars to build
6. The Turning Torso consists of 147 apartments which are spread out across 54 stories.
7. I chose this building because of how unique it looked. Also because it gives off an optical illusion looked which really made it look appealing. And how it is a very tall skyscraper that looks so massive compared to all of the other buildings beside it. Overall, this seems like a very cool place to visit and I really like the structure of the building and how much it stands out.
3. Eden Project, United Kingdom
1. The Eden project was designed by Nicholas Grimshaw
2. The Eden project was built in 1998
3. Located in Bodelva, England
4. The building is public for anyone to come and see all of the different plants inside
5. The building costed about 173 million in US dollars to build
6. The purpose of the Eden project is to demonstrate the importance of plants and to promote or raise awareness for sustainable use of plant resources.
7. I chose this building because I thought it's purpose was very different from the rest of the buildings. It is a very unique concept and design. It is a really cool and great economically friendly idea. Also I thought the material used was very cool, that it was transparent windows and how they appear to be inflatable.
4. Sculptured House, USA
1. The Sculptured House was designed by Charles Deaton
2. This house was built in 1963
3. Located in Genesee, Colorado
4. The building is a private household
5. The building costed around $3.43 million.
6. This futuristic house was featured in a Woody Allen movie called, "The Sleeper." It is now a dispute of who gets to live in this house.
7. I chose this building because it looks like a very fascinating house to live in. I have always been interested in big and unique houses and this one caught my eye because of the shape and its structure in general. It is very appealing and I wanted to know more about it and what it looked like inside as well.
5. Guggenheim Museum, Spain
1. The Guggenheim Museum was designed by Frank Gehry
2. This museum was built in 1997
3. Located in Bilbao, Spain
4. The building is a public museum, that attracts many visitors
5. The building costed around $100 million to build.
6. It was built because there was a need for a permanent building to house the Guggenheim art collection.
7. This building was by far the most intriguing to me. It looks so gigantic and an extremely unique design and structure. The building is made out of titanium, glass, and limestone. It was noted as one of the most important infrastructures of its time. Overall, the shape of this museum is what really caught my eye because it is so different from anything I have ever seen before.
